ON THE 4TH SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH A FREE MEAL AND EVENSONG FOR HOPE SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT ST HILARY'S CHURCH, 1 HIGH STREET, MORPHETT VALE, BEGINNING AT 5.00PM. ALL WELCOME. NEXT EVENSONG FOR HOPE WILL BE  SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER 2026.

Choir Practice for Sunday's Evensong for Hope will be held at St Hilary's Church on Thursday, 24 September at 7.00pm  All Welcome.  

THE WEEK AHEAD

The next St Hilary's OpShop Extravaganza will be on Saturday, 19 September.  Watch out for further details shortly.  Great bargains to be found in the OpShop and a Cake Stall, Plant Stall, Barbecue and Devonshire Teas will be available. 

Mothers' Union will meet at St Aidan's on Monday, 21 September to discuss social issues.  BYO lunch. All welcome.

Men's Fellowship Group will meet at St Aidan's on Friday, 9 October at 11.45 for 12 noon.  Guest Speaker is Fr Ross Morony on his time in the Solomon Islands.  All men welcome.  Contact Tony for details (0451 119 645).

St Hilary's Op Shop, 3 William Street, Morphett Vale - Open Thursdays and Fridays 9.30am - 1.00pm in "The Old Courthouse" - where you will find bargain clothing and heaps of other treasures and nicnacs.

The Anglican Benevolent Buy and Sell Consignment Shop operates at Christ Church, 1708 Main South Road, on Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10.00am til 3.00pm.  The Shop stocks unique gifts, handmade crafts, home decor, jewellery and quality pre-owned but new treasures, all in one welcoming place.  (See poster below). 

Food for those in need  - Non-perishable foods can be left at any of the four Churches for distribution to those in need.  Thank you for your ongoing support.

Coffee'n'Chat in the Ministry Centre at St Hilary's on Fridays from 10.00-11.30am provides a friendly opportunity for morning tea and a chat.

The Soup Kitchen follows at 11.30am - 1.30pm when you can enjoy a cup of nourishing soup and a sandwich with some friendly company. 

Bottles & Cans - Please take to St Aidan's for recycling.   Proceeds go to Schools' Ministry Fund.
